GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the GUITOONS TCG website.
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible precision.
The photographs, illustrations and visuals presented on the site are non-contractual.
The products sold may be in French, English, Japanese or Korean. The language of the product is indicated in its descriptive sheet.
3. PRICES
Prices displayed are in euros.
GUITOONS TCG reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. ORDER
Any confirmed order constitutes a firm and final sale, subject to product availability.
GUITOONS TCG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is abnormal, fraudulent, or likely to harm the company.
5. AVAILABILITY
Offers are valid while stocks last.
In the event of exceptional unavailability of a product after an order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may obtain a refund of the amount concerned.
6. PRE-ORDERS
Pre-ordered products are shipped upon receipt in stock.
Dates communicated by publishers, manufacturers or distributors are indicative and may be modified independently of GUITOONS TCG's will.
A delivery delay attributable to a manufacturer or distributor cannot engage the responsibility of GUITOONS TCG.
Any order containing both in-stock products and pre-orders may be shipped at once when all products are available, unless otherwise specified.
7. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Transactions are secured by the payment providers used on the site.
8. SHIPPING
Orders containing exclusively in-stock products are generally prepared and shipped within 24 working hours.
Depending on activity periods and logistical constraints, some orders may also be shipped on Sundays, though this cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery times indicated by carriers are indicative.
9. DELIVERY
Delivery is provided to European countries offered during the order, with the exception of the United Kingdom and Poland.
The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the delivery information provided during the order.
GUITOONS TCG cannot be held responsible for any delay or impossibility of delivery resulting from erroneous information communicated by the customer.
10. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders are processed and prepared as quickly as possible after their validation.
Any request for cancellation or modification must be addressed to customer service as soon as possible.
Due to the speed of order preparation and shipping, GUITOONS TCG cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification request will be taken into account after the order has been validated.
An order that has already been prepared, shipped, or handed over to the carrier cannot be cancelled.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, and unopened.
Any opened, unsealed, damaged, or incomplete product may be refused a refund in accordance with applicable regulations.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
12. SEALED PRODUCTS
Collectible card products sold in sealed packaging must be returned in their original condition.
No returns will be accepted for products whose seal has been removed or altered.
13. LIABILITY
GUITOONS TCG cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
GUITOONS TCG's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order concerned.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
GUITOONS TCG cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-performance resulting from an event beyond its control, including natural disaster, strike, computer failure, supply disruption, supplier delay or administrative decision.

16. APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are subject to French law.
